Nature of the service

Profitable Guidance provides coaching, education and strategic planning support. The session is designed to help you explore your current position, goals, options and possible next steps.

The service does not constitute personal financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice or any other regulated professional advice.

You should obtain appropriately qualified professional advice where required for your individual circumstances.

Session fee

The fee for the Private Strategy Session is $165 AUD, payable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Booking your session

After payment, you will be directed to select an available appointment time.

Sessions are conducted online unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling and cancellations

You may reschedule your session by providing at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you may request either a rescheduled session or a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend the session, may result in the session fee being forfeited, except where required otherwise by the Australian Consumer Law or where Profitable Guidance agrees otherwise due to exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation by Profitable Guidance

If Profitable Guidance needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered an alternative appointment time.

If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, you will receive a refund of the session fee.

No guaranteed outcomes

Coaching and strategic planning outcomes depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, decisions and actions.

Profitable Guidance does not guarantee any specific financial, career, business, income, lifestyle or other outcome as a result of participating in a Strategy Session.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for all decisions and actions you take before, during and following the session.

Information discussed during the session should be considered alongside your own circumstances and, where appropriate, advice from suitably qualified professionals.

Confidentiality

Information you share during the session will be treated as confidential, subject to any legal obligations to disclose information and any circumstances where disclosure is reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm.

Intellectual property

Any worksheets, frameworks, calculators, resources or other materials provided by Profitable Guidance remain the intellectual property of Profitable Guidance unless otherwise stated.

These materials are provided for your personal use and must not be reproduced, sold, distributed or commercially exploited without prior permission.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with your purchase, booking and session will be handled in accordance with the Profitable Guidance Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
